BTM-301ST Frequent Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. Pairing unsuccessful
Ans:
Please make sure the headset entered pairing mode and the mobile phone entered searching
2. Could not listen MP3 in mobile phone.
Ans:
Please make sure your mobile phone support A2DP Bluetooth Stereo.
3. Intermittent when phone conversation or listening MP3
Ans:
1) Please make sure the headset and mobile phone are within effective distance
2) Please make sure there is no obstructer between headset and mobile phone
3) The surrounding electronic device interference and the strength of the mobile phone signal may also cause intermittent

4. AVRCP not function properly
Ans:
It is related to mobile's design and compatibility. Please refer to mobile phone's operation instruction.
5. MP3 playback being abnormal after rebuilt Bluetooth connection by pressing the multi-function key on BTM-301ST
Ans:
Please disconnect Bluetooth on mobile phone and rebuild Bluetooth connection again through mobile phone operation. Then, the MP3 playback will return to normal. If the Bluetooth headset could not be connected by mobile phone, please restart mobile phone and try again.
6. The mobile phone request re-enter password when I am trying to rebuild Bluetooth connection
Ans:
It's related to the Bluetooth settings in mobile phone. The mobile phone must set "allow Bluetooth auto reconnection". Then, password is not required during Bluetooth reconnection.
7. The red LED of my newly purchased BTM-118 turn off quickly when charging
Ans:
The headset is charged before selling for customer's convenience.
8. The LED dos not turn red when charging
Ans:
Possible reasons
1) The battery is full before charging
2) It may entirely run out of battery if the headset was not used for a long time. The LED will turn red in a while after plug in the charger.
